Beautiful location and really good facilities. Lovely quiet area. Good service, fashionable superior twin room with jacuzzi and beautifull view plus the art.

Well, it was a splendid stay as an endless celebration. The room was kept very clean and available with a spectacular view and balloons, as example. Everything was second to none during our stay yet disappointing aspect was cramped bathroom. Beachfront location of this family-friendly hotel was a bonus.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The location is amazing and lovely, it's just off the restaurants and also the options during the day for food and afternoon tea or coffee, a taxi or a car, and Rhodes old town which is beautiful. It has affable, amicable staff.

Overall the room is spotless, brand-new and includes a sofa bed, coffee and tea making facilities, and satellite television. The services are exceptional, including a clean pool.

Peaceful and magnificent location, we were near the Mitsis Alila for a second time and ‘ themed' restaurants. A nice size room with a jacuzzi, spent our time lovely😃

The rooms here are trendy and modern, and they come with hot tubs and jacuzzis.

Great week at this fantastic hotel

In general: Loved this hotel very tastefully decorated - very clean and spacious inside & out with good Wi-fi. The rooms are very comfortable plenty of clean towels & bedding every day. Lots of mirrors in the bright & airy room we had. The reception and lounge areas are just as the site photos show. Nothing negative to say about this place. Location and surroundings: Hotel situated in an excellent area with a bus service outside the hotel if required. Shops within the hotel which stocked everything you could replace if needed Gift shops also. Falaraki shops not to far away if required - we only left the hotel once as had a really chilled week. Service: All services were excellent - all the staff we met were very friendly nothing was too much trouble - they all spoke to you even when passing in the corridors. No language barrier with the staff as they all spoke different languages. Dining: All the food was delicious besides the main restaurant where we breakfasted every morning you could choose either sitting in or outside on the terrace to eat - great selection of food at all times catering for all types of directly requirements - the bar services inside & out were first class - good choice of menus at all restaurants. Outside bar area where the entertainment was lovely great selection of cocktails provided. Sports and leisure: Outdoor activities were available if wanted also indoor - the spa looked lovely. Our choice was just to chill on the comfy sun beds. Ran out of time will use spa next time. Room: Great room with a view of the beach & outside area. Lovely bathroom separate shower cubicle & also a bath with a power shower over - nice big bath towels changed daily - toiletries provided also - liked the sliding doors into the bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space with sufficient hangers - plenty of draw space so that everything could be put away - good well stocked fridge which was topped up daily - TV - air conditioning - beach towels changed daily - coffee machine everything provided. Useful tips: As a gold card member no problem in keeping room on until we were ready to vacate hotel - would just like to add what a very restful week we had - loved this hotel - nothing too much trouble - staff a credit to the hotel - definitely going to book for next year.

The breakfast had a lot of bread and cheese. I ate at a super restaurant for evening meals. Everything was second to none and within 23 minutes' drive of Diagoras airport.

The restaurant at this place is stunning for dinner, and I had some delicious savory dishes there.

The newly furnished room with a jacuzzi was great, and the breakfast had a wide selection of tasty food, including delicious bread and cheese, while the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly.
